At OCCTAC, our mission is to provide a diverse range of programs that uplift individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Serving over 6,000 children, 500 youth, and 200 adults annually, we empower growth, confidence, and wellness. Discover our impactful offerings, from creative expression to emotional well-being.


Preparatory Arts Academy programs follow a project-based and multi-disciplinary model to teach students the fundamental academic concepts in Visual Arts, Music, and Dance. Through this innovative model, we not only nurture their artistic abilities but also cultivate their social-emotional growth and pre-vocational skills, enabling them to thrive in collaborative environments and excel in their performances.

Therapeutic Arts

Therapeutic Arts is a haven of healing and support for children and youth with neurodiversity, commonly known as disabilities or special needs. Our programs utilize art, dance, and music to foster emotional recovery and growth, providing a safe space for self-expression and development.

Early Intervention  
Older Adults



Early Intervention Services For Older Adults (EISOA) is a program dedicated to improving the well-being and quality of life for our cherished seniors. We understand the importance of providing support and meaningful engagement to enhance their physical, cognitive, and emotional health. Through a range of tailored activities and services, we're committed to fostering a vibrant and fulfilling experience for older adults in our community.

Mental Health
& Emotional Wellness

Mental Health & Emotional Wellness Program is dedicated to supporting individuals and families on their journey to emotional well-being and mental health. We understand the importance of mental wellness and provide a safe space for individuals to explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop strategies to lead fulfilling lives.

Family Mentoring


Family Mentoring Program is designed to provide unwavering support to families who have children or youth with disabilities. We understand the unique challenges they face and are committed to empowering caregivers to advocate effectively for their children while ensuring they have access to the resources and services they need to thrive.

Youth Employment


In partnership with the City of Santa Ana's Workforce Development Program, OCCTAC's Youth Employment Program (YEP) is dedicated to providing educational skills, job training, and career counseling to youth aged 16 to 24. We believe in the potential of our young people and offer opportunities for growth, leadership, and success in the arts, education, and technology sectors.

Home Visiting Program is a personalized service that brings support, resources, and guidance to your home. We understand that each family's needs are unique, and our dedicated professionals work closely with you to provide valuable insights, education, and tools to navigate the challenges of parenthood.

Early Start & Pre-Kinder


The Early Start & Pre-Kinder Arts Program is a nurturing environment where learning and creativity blossom from an early age. We understand the significance of laying a strong foundation for children aged 6 months to 5 years, equipping them with essential developmental skills while fostering a love for exploration and art.

Wraparound Tutoring

SAUSD Engage360 Arts


In partnership with the Santa Ana Unified School District (SAUSD), OCCTAC's Engage360 Arts Program transforms education by infusing creativity into learning. We understand that the arts play a vital role in academic success, self-expression, and holistic development.

Day School


The Day School (Self-Determination) is an innovative arts-based program designed to empower individuals aged 18 to 26 with intellectual/developmental disabilities by providing them with essential life skills, vocational training, and creative therapies in a supportive and inclusive environment.
