OCCTAC Celebrates 20 Years of Supporting Youth Through the Wraparound Tutoring Program

SANTA ANA, Calif. — Orange County Children’s Therapeutic Arts Center (OCCTAC) is proud to celebrate 20 years of partnership with the County of Orange Wraparound Network Program, supporting youth and families through individualized tutoring and family-centered support.

On July 30, 2026, Katie Cruz, OCCTAC Wraparound Tutoring Program Coordinator, and Emily Carlton, OCCTAC Development, Events & Communications Coordinator, attended the Orange County Wraparound 25th Anniversary Celebration: Inspiring Hope, honoring the organizations and professionals who have made a lasting difference in the lives of children and families.

During the celebration, OCCTAC was recognized for its two decades of service, with Dr. Ana Jimenez-Hami honored for the organization’s longstanding commitment to the Wraparound program.

Through OCCTAC’s Wraparound Tutoring Program, tutors provide one-on-one academic support in students’ homes, schools, and local libraries. Beyond academics, students develop study habits, organizational skills, time management, and confidence to help them succeed.

A highlight of the celebration was a display of handmade daisies created by youth participants, each featuring a message of hope, gratitude, or encouragement. The display served as a meaningful reminder of the lasting impact of supporting young people.
