Established in 2022 by RevHubOC and its partners, NorthSTAR is dedicated to breaking down barriers and illuminating pathways to entrepreneurship for under-represented and under-resourced communities in Orange County. Through an extensive range of programming, including workshops, webinars, mentorship, and access to capital, NorthSTAR is focused on fostering economic upward mobility and social empowerment.
OCCTAC's decision to join NorthSTAR as a Community Partner underscores its dedication to providing essential services and support to individuals and communities in need.
