BLOOM26 Highlights
BLOOM26 was a beautiful showcase of creativity, talent, and growth from our students and programs. Families, instructors, and community members came together to witness powerful performances that reflected months of hard work and artistic development.
Brushstrokes of Belonging
OCCTAC partnered with UCI Graduate & Family Housing to present Brushstrokes of Belonging at the UC Irvine Verano Community Center on May 9. This inclusive event welcomed participants of all ages and abilities into a creative space centered on connection, expression, and belonging.
Guests participated in a neurographic art workshop, student showcase, and family-friendly activities designed to encourage creativity and community engagement.

Learning from Industry Leaders in Music and Film
OCCTAC Magnet Ensemble students Hunter Coyle, Bobby Arroyo, and Joanna Cobos were invited to attend RYTMO’s 11th Annual Music and Film Summit, which brought together industry professionals and emerging creatives for an inspiring day of panel discussions, mentorship, and insight into careers in music and film.
Students engaged directly with leaders in the field, gaining valuable exposure to real-world creative pathways and reinforcing the importance of arts education in shaping future careers in the entertainment industry.
An Evening of Gratitude and Collaboration
OCCTAC hosted the 2026 Community Partners Celebration on May 21st, honoring the organizations and individuals who support our mission of providing equitable access to arts, education, and therapeutic programs. The evening included heartfelt recognition, community connection, and appreciation for the partnerships that make our work possible.
