Orange County Arts and Disability Festival

OCCTAC students actively participate in the Orange County Arts and Disability Festival, formerly known as VSA. This international organization, established in 1974, is dedicated to providing arts and education opportunities for people with disabilities, with a primary goal of enhancing access to the arts.
