Bloom is an annual Prep Arts Academy Production hosted by the Orange County Children's Therapeutic Arts Center (OCCTAC). This annual Spring event is designed to celebrate the organization's mission and to raise funds to support its programs and services. Bloom features a variety of activities, including live music, dance and martial arts performances.
Bloom provides an opportunity for OCCTAC to showcase the work of its students and the impact of its programs on the community.
